How to download an entire thread of galleries? I went into the settings and put a high number in the "Auto queue thread if post count is below". But when I paste in the gallery URL nothing happens.

The problem could be with the viper . to proxy domain. Use the original vipergirls . to domain if possible.

Access the the site through the main site or proxy is optional, it's only required when the "Fetch Metadata" option is enabled in the Viper Settings.
VRipper relies on access to viper.click, that access is required, make sure you can reach this domain

Try what Roger said above. If that fails too.. you can try the PaleMoon + IHG method too.

    Thanks but this didn't work.

Thanks but I don't want to install a browser just to download a few sets.

To download this thread, I'm just going to fall back on my method for downloading multiple pages of search results:

    1. On each page of results, hit Ctrl+U to view source and copy it
    2. Paste it all into a text document
    3. Search and replace "href="threads/10264274" with "https://viper.to/threads/10264274"
    4. Go to www.convertcsv.com/url-extractor.htm
    5. Paste the document into the big text box at the top
    6. Under "Step 2: Choose output options" click the down arrow to reveal options
    7. Check the box that says "URL contains this string" and enter "threads" in the box
    8. Under "Step 3" click "Extract". Text will appear in the box below. Copy it.
    9. From the resulting list it's easy to pick out the links you want to download.

My only problem now is that VRipper downloads every post into the same folder, even overwriting files with the same names! Does anyone know how to force each post to be saved to a different folder?

Ah… I think I solved my above problem. Posts can be saved to individual folders with the setting "Apend post id to download folder".

Going this many extra steps just to avoid using a browser! smh.. And it's not even a memory hogging chromium based browser; it's a firefox based browser. Well, you do whatever suits you best.

btw, I checked & I was able to download that thread with VRipper 3.5.4h. The downloads are first shown on the "Multi-post links" tab. There I chose the posts I want to download, then it gets added to the downloads tab. Have you checked the "threads" tab after adding the thread link?
