The thing is vipergirls.to isn't nationally blocked in India. But, there is one particular telecom company that has been proactively blocking VG; without any order from the govt or court.
VG is working fine on other telcos and ISPs.

I switched to VRipper 6.5.4. It's working fine so far.
^VRipper is an entirely separate application.

I couldn't use ViperRipper so I had to switch to palemoon with ihg, was working good but it dosen't create sub folders. I tried ViperRipper again but I got a new Vpn and set it to japan and ViperRipper is finally working. Thanks for suggesting using a different country!

I would recommend you to switch to either VRipper or Pale Moon+ImageHostGrabber method.
