Hi, has anyone had problems with Bitcoin payments? I requested a payment in BTC and only received half. I know Bitcoin has dropped a lot, but it doesn't make sense that I only received half. I wrote to them, but they haven't responded. What can I do?

I have seen much posted here uses imx.to this is very spamy and sends my browser crazy with pop ups etc (small box in corner of browser flashing creating chaos)
