If that function was allowed for us ordinary members then there would be anarchy - best leave it to the mods and admins who do a top notch job of keeping the forum in good order.

Because users tend to throw a tantrum when something happens they disagree wit and may edit content out of posts.

And for practical reasons. Deleted posts and threads result in dead links.

There won't be deletion functionality for users.

It's simple enough to hit the Report button and request that a moderator trashes your thread.
