Hi all,
following the recommendation of a fellow member, I dled the Vipper Ripper a couple of days ago. while it works fine with IMX, it cannot be said with some other file hosts. for exemple, I tried to dl a gallery hosted on vipr.im and it doesn't work, even though this file host is listed on the ripper supported hosts list. any idea why?

You can VRipper - https://vipergirls.to/threads/466053...allery-Ripper) Read the thread before downloading as there have been updates and tweaks as well as advice on how to install it and get it working. You'll also find the latest version in the thread as well as previous iterations.

thanks very much for your reply. I tried to read the link you provided above, but to my great shame, I'm kinda lost in tech language. All of this is just not my thing... at all. Tech for me is just a mean, not an end. And on top of it, english is not even my language... well, you get the picture. Look, I don't want to bother, but so if somebody is kind enough to point me to the best Ripper version, or at least the best all round one, I'll be very grateful. And it's almost Christmas isn't it.

VRipper is the tool you are looking for. (Not Viper Ripper, these two names are similar and it's confusing most of the time)


Go to VRipper downloads page, find the version for your OS and download it. (Windows, Mac, Linux... The OS name is in download link names)

I'm trying to download some image sets but they don't download. When I right-click on it and go to "Image List" it says "Connect to remote host failed: Couldn't find image. Probably dead image.". What's the problem?

When downloading pictures from a thread, if you get a message "images were already downloaded", what do you have to do if you do not want to download the pictures again? Press "Ignore"?

No - the opposite - just close the pop-up and the posts won't go to the list.

Only hit IGNORE if you want to download again

Hey.

Do anybody know why for some reason not all images are bing downloaded in a few posts ?
It's written that for instance 26/27 images downloaded, and the progress bar is not full - so in effect the download is still visible on my list.
There are many posts like this.

If I have 1000+ posts to download, and one post = 40 images, I do not know if I can remove these rows or not.



And also "will not send a like" is very confusing. Isnt it a problem that prevents downloading all images in a post ?
