Not really a scan, but a zoompix but...

first you need a pass to the playboy site.
with each playboy comes a zoomable centerfold.
set your screen to the highest resolution
zoom in on the centerfold to the max
make printscreens of every part of the centerfold, overlapping the previous section a bit each time, you need a photo-edit prog for this like psp or photoshop. whole lotta parts!
make a masterfile (empty photo) the size of the centerfold, don't forget the right rez.
stich all parts you have together in the master (be really secure with this !)
save your work.

now...each zoompix can take up to an hour to do
