try SharpUploader next time, none of the pictures will drop like that.
It was one of the two last sets I uploaded with IU before I changed to SharpUploader.
On the other hand, I don't think that this "delete pic" prob is one of the upload software but is one of the servers. I also encountered deleted pics when I uploaded manually directly on the ImageVenue site ...

That looks like you have problems with a proxy (saw that people where discussing this b4)
Are you with your computer behind a proxy (in a company) or does your ISP route you via a proxy ?
This filehosting comps register the IP, so when many people work on one IP (also using this filhoster) you maybe will never get any file from there.
If you can't get through, please tell me the pic-numbers that you are missing and I'll repost them ...
Thanx so much now I managed to work it out. I think it's a matter with my ISP, I donno how to describe it (I'm not so expert) but there's something messin' about private IP addresses...
