Ryan Newman, star of the Nick at Nite original series "See Dad Run," got her start in print modeling but quickly caught the eye of casting for commercials, television and film. Newman made her feature film debut at the age of six years old alongside an all-star cast including Steve Buscemi, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Kevin James and Nick Cannon in Columbia Pictures motion capture film "Monster House," as well as alongside Tim Allen, Courteney Cox and Chevy Chase in Sony Picture's "Zoom." She can also be seen in fan favorites "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," "Hannah Montana," "Good Luck Charlie," and "Zeke and Luther." Newman grew up with an older sister in the city of Los Angeles. When she's not rehearsing and filming "See Dad Run," Newman enjoys singing, dancing, playing the piano and guitar, following her favorite designers, Chanel, Valentino and Miu Miu, and studying Math. Newman won the 2010 Young Artist Award for 'Best Performance in a TV Series' and beat four other contenders that included Miley Cyrus and Miranda Cosgrove. In five years she hopes to be attending college and balancing her education with acting and a music career.
