In addition to the global rules, the following section specific rules apply here.


Definition: Non-Nude Collections

What to post???

• All models MUST be over 18.
• Sets must be primarily non-nude. Sheer, slips, peeps, panty-play and topless are allowed.
• Posted content must be tasteful, and, may be removed, without question, at the discretion of Moderator.
• Trading, or requests for Trades is unacceptable, including through PM's, Emails, & Chat.

Content

• Create a new thread for each Model, Website, or other unique collection. Complete Sets must be posted, when available
• It is strongly suggested that content posted in Non-Nude originate from sites that primarily focus on non-nude content.
• Add all images as clickable thumbnails.
• Thumbnails must be at least 150 px in either dimension.
• All images must be posted on the same image-host. A cover photo may still be posted on another image-host.
• Every set you post must consist of image links unique to ViperGirls.
• Piling on re-up requests is unacceptable.
• Before adding photo/video content to an existing thread, you must receive permission from the Original Poster.
• Do Not Bump Older Threads by replying, rather, click on like.
• If you wish to post an already existing set of your own to your Collections Thread/Post, you must re-up first(all threads/posts must have unique links).
• The OP of a new set can post that set to their own collection thread. All other members must wait 90 days before posting a set that is not theirs from new into their collection thread.

Videos

• Videos can be posted .
• Video content must be hosted on downloadable filehosts, and should not be provided through links to streaming sites like youtube. A thumbnail of the video should be posted to accompany the link.

Re-posting

• Do Not re-post any content that, in your opinion, is non compliant with Rules & Guidelines, rather, Report it. Although it is a re-post, you are responsible for the content of your post
• Do Not Re-Post your own content.

Rules amended to include a 90 day restriction on membeers other than the OP posting a new set to their collection.

This rule was originally included in the archive section rules, which have been removed with that section. Only the OP of a new set (either in NN or softcore) can repost that set into their collection before 90 days have passed.

Does this apply to a set posted into a collection thread as well? i.e. not 'postable' by anyone else until 90 days has elapsed?

If you post a set for the first time to VG in a collection it is not covered. You need to post it as new set in the new section to have the 90 day restriction applied.

Question about Kari Sweet.

Her site has this in their 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

- In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this site were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Since all her stuff is non-nude it would NOT be classed as sexually explicit, right ?!
And thus she would not need to be over 18.
If her >18ness can't be confirmed, her stuff should not appear here, right ?!

Is my reasoning correct ?

That wording is a catch all that is a CYA. There is no hard evidence of her true age either way so far as I have ever seen. You will see this same 2257 on some models that were known to be over 18. And other times where they are more specific. If we find actual evidence that she was in fact under 18 it would be removed at that time

So your reasoning is on the right track but not enough to judge one way or the other.

I have a very big collection of instagram models that I would like to share. Obvs, they are not nude. I wanna ask if it would be of interest here on viper and, because they update often, If i should post here in the "collection" section and update whenever I have news or keep it in the other thread.
