How to download all pictures from one post ONLY (instruction)

I copied the post link, not the link of the entire thread, but the link when there is the #number. Well, BID wants me to download the entire thread, which are more than 37.000 pics!!!
Is there a way to download ONLY the pics in the post that I want?

Hello.

If you want to precisely downloading pictures from one post only – you need to modify forum's page.

How to do that:

(for browser Opera, Chrome, Firefox e.t.c.):

1. Right-click on first picture in set do you want to download.
2. Select the very bottom line – "Inspect element".
3. In opened console look up about 5 strings and find string starting with word BLOCKQUOTE.
4. Right-click on that BLOCKQUOTE and choose "Edit as HTML".
5. In opened window, press Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C.
6. Open Notepad and paste with Ctrl+V.
7. Save document as myname.html

Now you can open this *.html file in BID (using Ctrl+O command) or in your browser (for download all pictures with browser add-on "Download All Images").

NOTE. Investigation showed that hosting Vipergirls*to working 100% correctly with BID and allowed download only one post.

However, all proxies force BID to download entire page.

Great advice, but just a side note; there had to be some other issue with the example in the original quote. BID definitely allows you to rip one post at a time, simply by copying the link to the individual post. It works for me every time.

I can definitely prove it. Before I take the time to do it though, maybe someone more computer savvy than me can weigh in. I don't know what "planetviper.club" is. I have made 100% of my posts on vipergirls.to. That could be your problem right there.

This forum has strange auto-replacing for vipergirls*to with planetviper.club.

I understand what you mean, but I think using another hosting/proxy URL is do nothing for us – forum's page will be the same.

Ripping tools will have to be updated to work with the proxy domains but it's probably nothing more than a copy/paste of vipergirls domain filter. This is something you'll have to do yourself though.

Well you might not have any choice but to use the workaround in your first post. I believe that's what V is saying here. I just want anyone else reading this to know that BID doesn't have to be that difficult. I am on the official release which I downloaded directly from them, and I am on the main ViperGirls site. They are 100% compatible; no certificate errors, and no workarounds necessary. And yes I can rip a single post from a collection thread. Here's how:

I randomly selected page 3 of the Christina Model collection. You can see it begins with post #31, set #31(image 1). If I copy the URL without isolating the first post, BID wants to download the rest of the thread from that point (image 2). However when I select post #31, and use the address just for that post, BID returns only the images in set #31 (image 3). No problem.



I don't have the technical knowledge to diagnose what you're doing, but I know this works, and it works well. Anyone considering BID, I cannot say enough good things about it.

Yes! You was right. I just now test it with pure Vipergirls*to link - and with this hosting BID works 100% correctly and download only one post!

But all attempts with PROXY links fall into FULL PAGE download.

P.S. Domain Vipergirls*to blocked in Russia by goverment. So, I need to use standalone VPN client (I use freeware SoftEther VPN Client) to access Vipergirls*to... AND, not all VPN servers compatible with Vipergirls*to via BID. On some of them, Vipergirls*to return to BID "Error 276: Remote host disconnected during SSL negotiation" - some "SSL incompatible".

I lately need to inspect, what SSL *port/protocol* (443, 992, 1194, 5555 e.t.c.) is good for Vipergirls*to. Prefer choice (quick think) – is to using USA VPN servers.

At the same time, all proxies works well, without any SSL errors, without standalone VPN client – but download entire page.
