actually that headshot was from a large HQ candid pic the paparrazzi took at some event, there were several shots of her making goofy faces like that which are gold for faking.

The hair and body were supplied by czech pornstar Nikita Denise, who i think looks very similar to Angelina anyway and has a similarly shaped body and size so she's a good base bod for Jolie fakes.
