I have been downloading sets with Vripper 3.0.11 - but it wont even open the Vripper window anymore - just get a swirling dot ......is anyhone ripping or bulk downloading with MAC OS? If so , what do you use. I am using firefox...suspect that may just be the issue .

I use Vripper ( https://vipergirls.to/threads/466053...allery-Ripper) ) on MacOS, VRipper v3.0.11, and have no issue at all. I use it every day. I suggest reinstalling it. I believe I have had to do that once before. But I'm MAC 10.15.6 (Catalina) and have no issues with VRipper at all. If that totally fails, I keep as a backup ImageHostGrabber. IHG has been around for years. It used to work with Firefox, but a couple of years ago changes to FF caused IHG to stop working. Now, you have to run it under the PaleMoon browser, which I have installed and works fine under MacOS. And I use IHG when VRipper seems to be having trouble. There are also a few image hosts that IHG supports that VRipper does not. Let me know if you need any additional information.

I deleted Vripper and downloaded it again- once again the popup window will not open- just a spinning dot of death! What browser and version are you using? i have latest firefox version 85.0.1

i dont think the browser is the problem - since i cannot open the Application! i have no error logs

Make sure to uninstall the application, then cleanup this folder (~/Library/Application Support/vripper) ANY LINKS YOU HAD BEFORE WILL BE REMOVED, keep a backup if want.
Install the new version 3.2.3, then if it still doesn't work, share the error logs, you will find it in ~/Library/Application Support/vripper/vripper.log
I downloaded the 3.2.3 version...also get just a circling dot from hell! I cannot locate any logs pertaining to vripper
i found the error log - seems liquibase lock is the issue - says it is locked out by my IP address..... researched it, but am not sure how i can unlock it.
UPDATE- deleted everything again..... now it works..... dont know why now and not before!

Can you link the where you download the mac ripper from please?
MAC Users: I compiled Vripper 3.5.4 which allows downloads from all servers.

Mine also, at one point, mostly stalled. Occasionally, it would download a few things and others it wouldn't. I might try reinstalling it as stacydonovan3 suggests. JDownloader works for me as an alternative. Kind of finicky but I rarely have things error out.
