Lol, Yup. All the multi-hosters I have dealt with are pure scams. Plus a disturbing amount of them are all based in Nicosia, Cyprus. I suspect they are the same people and possibly associated with MG Premium, the owners of Brazzers, RealityKings, and a bunch of other studios. They also own Xvideos and are accused of actively engaging in piracy by other studios.

I suspect that they operate like this: they get your credit card number and then their friends from outside "hack in" and "steal" it. I have observed through first hand that Brazzers support's official policy for account verification for EVERY interaction with them is to solicit your ENTIRE credit card number over an unsecured chat window.

Personally, I don't know anything about that... but I have used some multi-hosters that are not bad. It's always best to pay with coins anyway wherever possible and avoid giving anyone your personal info. As for K2S, it would be better to just buy the premium package than to try to download through a multi-host. Grab8 is not bad and you'll definitely get RG from there, but not K2S. I think the answer to the original question will still always be none. And it's true that many of them are scams.

real-debrid has been good with RG and UL..I don't know about K2S with them.

I think the problem is of a financial nature, not of technical nature. Limits are too low, price is too high, demand is too high, so it end ups not being a good fit for a cheap multi-hoster.
