Actually,
Lita is GREAT at taking a bump. That's exactly WHY she's been hurt, because they could put her in those situations unlike others. Man, I know wrestlers who still talk about her bump a few years back where Eddie planted her on the mat outside the ring. Used to have the video clip, makes me cringe thinking about it.

i was wondering (i am an idiot regarding this) I currently have a dvd burner on my laptop, and also have an older ecw dvd (anarchy rulz 99), and it has a clip of lita under a different name, how would i go on uploading it?

That was when she was Miss Congeniality.

You will need a dvd to avi/divx/wmv type of converter program to get the video from DVD to a one that you will be able to upload.
