I know she's fine now, out of the hospital - broken nose repaired, spinal injuries all okay now, various bruises and contusions all mended. (Based on her youtube modeling promo video)
Have no clue what happened to the drunk douche bag. Hope he's rotting in a ukraine jail somewhere getting butt-f***ed in the showers. But rich daddy is extremely well connected, so probably not.
