Jenni is a journalist who has taken some pictures of an important senator with his lover, these pictures will destroy the career of this politician. Farrah and Kathy are two real state agents, they have a big challenge in their careers: to sell a house in Hollywood that is haunted. Kathy is the most skeptic person you can think of, she wouldn't believe in ghouls and goblins even if they appeared in front of her eyes, however Farrah is completely sure there is an evil spirit living in that apartment and she is willing to prove it, so she has installed cameras all over the house and both women decide to spend the night there. The first supernatural manifestation happens when Farrah stands up and a ghost appears to spank her, but Kathy was looking the other way and couldn't see it... but soon she'll face a supernatural event herself! When Farrah walks out the room leaving Kathy alone, some ropes start moving by themselves and start tying Kathy, in matter of seconds Kathy finds herself tied up very tight, also a ballgag materializes in her mouth, leaving her gagged! When Farrah comes back to the room she finds her friend all tied up and gagged. Farrah removes Kathy's gag who explains her what happened but still she doesn't believe in supernatural events, she thinks the incident has a perfectly natural explanation, maybe the atmosphere pressure made the ropes to contract and tangle around her body, tying her up, or something like that. While the girls are arguing about if that was a natural phenomena or a supernatural event, more ropes start moving around and tangling around Farrah's body, in matter of seconds she gets tied up as well! Kathy still thinks it is a reasonable explanation that doesn't involve ghosts, but Farrah starts yelling to the evil presence within the room and daring it to show up, so they hear a deep diabolical voice responding "go fuck yourself!" Kathy claims it is just the old wood in the house making weird noises. The girls start arguing regarding what is happening, so ballgags appear in their mouths again, gagging them and finishing the yelling, oh and because the ghost is a pervert it opens the girls blouses for no reason. While they are tied and gagged, the phone rings, it is another real estate agent who made a research about the house and found out a few years ago a bondage producer was living there when he mysteriously passed away, ever since supernatural events happen in that house, always ending up in people being tied up and gagged!
