Martin tied me up, facing against the post. First, my throat was noosed so I had to stand as tall as I could, ankles and knees were roped together so I couldn’t move my feet and my mouth gagged so I couldn’t verbalize my discomfort. Finally, my elbows were completely pressed together, then my wrists were pulled to my feet – me into a very uncomfortable arch.
