Attended Hunterdon Central Regional High School in Flemington, New Jersey. Emma performed in the 2002 performance of Bye Bye Birdie, where she was a chorus member.
Was considered one of the 55 faces of the future by Nylon Magazine's Young Hollywood Issue.
Her mother was a producer for "60 Minutes" (1968) and her father, Robert "Rob" Bell, owns Green Birdie Productions, a full-service video production company in Lambertville, New Jersey. Rob was also a reporter, videographer and writer-producer at WWOR-TV UPN 9 News.
Moved to New York City at the age of 16. She attended a Performing Arts High School on the upper east side of Manhattan.
