Strange how the biggest complainers seem to be the ones who contribute the least to the forum content.

Because someone doesn't post content they should have no say in what goes on? Not everyone has the resources posters have. Or even the internet capabilities.

Imagebam allows download of archives? I thought it was just a picture hoster. And tedious is a mild word to describe what it is like to download sets one pic after the other...

Complaints from a disgruntled downloader.

Why so angry? You are getting all the free porn you can fap to.

I am neither disgruntled nor angry, what I am is tired of the ONE SIDED DISCUSSIONS that come up in re file host(s) in this case, or image host(s) in others.

I'll let another post pretty much summarize the point here:

Uploaders have a chosen to do this for what ever their reason, be it remuneration by the image|file sites, or what ever.

Downloaders, NOT HARVESTERS(S) aka ME! , chose to get these file|images in some manner.. that may or may not lead to the ends of the uploaders...

BUT the discussions always end up that the UPLOADERS want host x,y & z, why? Because these sites pay the most by FOISTING ON THE DOWNLOADERS ads, and probably malware for WirOS, and if not in the case of file host they are so impractical to use a free user that you would need to sign up and thus there is commissions involved.

Something that has always run in the back of my mind and confirmed by others, is that the uploaders who complaining the most are likely the ones to be effected by this the most. In other words your compensation is likely to GO DOWN, NO LONGER EXIST or something else.

Let me repeat that if it were not for the DOWNLOADERS/LEACHERS YOU would NOT GET PAID, period!

So if the file|image host you want to use is so useless to downloaders whats the point? You get no $$$ when there are NO VISITORS to click on the links. So why continue to push that agenda???

Why not COMPROMISE on a file|image host(s) that offer something for the uploaders, and are at least some what useable for the downloaders...

This view that downloaders, again exclusive of SCUM HARVERSTER(s) like me! , are scum and should just shut and accept what ever you uploaders decide is well, wrong. Its counter to your goals.

Maybe we should have some rules for uploaders that REQUIRE PROOF of LEGAL ACQUISITION OF THESE SETS??!! How about that!???? I am betting the uploaders don't want to have to prove they got these sets by LEGAL MEANS from the source. I've got a pretty good idea on how most of this is obtained... And the fact that these sites are not embedding some sort of steganography to ID the DL source, again they could be, not bother to look, and I don't just mean EXIF etc., but actual alphabet agency steganography that would put the DL ID in the image.

Or even better maybe we should just ELIMINATE ANY file|image host(s) that PAY commissions or clicks PERIOD! How about that uploaders???? Yeah I didn't think many would like that one! I've suggested it before, and that leads to great popcorn time fun!

Again, the key word and concpet on this is

COMPROMISE

I am fully aware of why 99.9999999% of the uploaders are doing this, I honestly doubt if any of them even view any or even a fraction of the sets they HARVEST from sources.... I am THANKFUL for the uploaders for doing so.. BUT that doesn't mean downloaders are some bunch plebes to kiss the ring of the uploaders.

Vripper and other software make it quite easy to pretty much eliminate any potential payments with a click! My own POC python stuff could if I find the time to finish could easily automate 100% of this by pointing it to VG, and other sites forums, and say SLURP! A little cron job and even with the stuff to make it mimic a human, this could be done in far less time than an actual human.

So in this case... find a SENSIBLE FILE HOST(s) that can be fair to BOTH UPLOADER AND DOWNLOADER. I know of NONE that probably meet that compromise, but then I am not looking too hard, or really at all either.

That is the point, as the Voice of the Downloader...

Now we return you back to your normal program to find the most egregious file|image host(s) that abuse the potential downloaders, err.r.. victims....

i used to contribute a hell of a lot until we weren't allowed to use imagebam anymore

imagebam.com is closing so any contributions you make on that host will be dead come July.

That host got banned so people can no longer contribute using that host and we aren't hit with loads of dead content by the time imagebam is closed.
