The latest version of RipRipper works, it's just really really slow for ripping the russian site hosted pics 'cause they're like 2 gigs per pic.

you can also use ImageHost Grabber 1.6. - it works fine and fast !

I was running 1.5.7 (it doesn't auto update) and it is slooooow grabbing pics from radikal.ru, but 1.6.1 seems to fly!!
