Anorexic Girls

Despite these girls are very thin, I've had the opportunity to see how strong they are (in my own experience). I was immobilized with a leg headscissor and almost fainted ... she released me before I passed out. She was a classic ballerina and had very strong legs! Can anyone tell me if this is normal?
