India de Beaufort (also known as India Beau[1]) is a British actress and singer/songwriter from London best known for her appearances in Basil Brush and Run, Fatboy, Run[2]
While many of her scenes were cut from Run, Fatboy, Run, her character is instrumental in the film's plot, as she enforces a bet that would result in Simon Pegg's character being evicted if he doesn't finish the race.[3]
In 2003, de Beaufort released a novelty song with Basil Brush, entitled "Boom Boom / Christmas Slide". The song remained in the UK charts for three weeks at position 44.[4]
In 2009, she will be appearing in Kröd Mändoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire.[5]
