Thanks to a fan of our web site we had the opportunity to play with some very cool medical fiberglass materials. He did all the research, supplied the materials, and volunteered to be the first casting subject. This was his first time in a cast, and he decided to go for the full monte - a head to toe full body cast which is referred to as a ‘FBC' for those in the casting circles. He wanted to stay in the FBC overnight, however we decided to wait until he was fully cast to make that decision.
