What video codec does this use? I believe my codecs are in order and I tried playing it with everything including VLC but in all cases I only get audio. Any ideas?

maybe it's the quicktime version? what is the extention of the file?

Its the WMV version using a WMV codec. Im not sure what the problem could be...

Thanks there was some codec in there that seems to have done the trick. I had K-Lite codec pack installed previously.
