Its a funny colour because she is not naturally lactating, therefore not producing real milk.
So what is it, Nixxypoos? Gloop? Lymphatic fluid? Bap Juice? I think we (us men folk) should be told....
It will be a combination of normal system plasma and colostrum (the first milk produced for babies, the good stuff full of antibodies etc). Which, believe it or not, is actually started being produced while a female baby is still in the womb ...... Gawd I am just a veritable hive of information !!
