I couldn't resist revisiting pics from the Place2Be Forum in London attended by the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) in November, 2013. There are many adds and better quality pics. At this event, there was the perfect combination of short skirt, sexy hose, and a pesky little breeze.
