RealTimeBondage is one hell of a work out. 412 is physically fit, but she was not prepared for the kind of exercise she got from us. The members and the crew wanted to see her working until her muscles burned and they got it. Every exercise had a sadistic twist. Sit ups over a bed of nails or hanging upside down? Even that would have been too simple. They did not need to cane her to push her to her physical peak, but it made the activities much more interesting. Her abilities and inadequacies were punctuated by each painful stroke.
