The Department of Corrections has an experimental program to hire private contractors like Jay Edwards to handle the rehabilitation of non-violent offenders. Darla Westwood (Bambi) is carried in, bound and slung over Jay's shoulder. She's bewildered and indignant at the thought of him as her jailer but she has no choice in the matter. He answers her complaints by leaving her in a strict hogtie, a red ballgag stuffed in her mouth. Her big eyes widen when he returns and begins pulling her clothes off. Later, when 'Prisoner 90210' is dressed in her uniform of minimal lingerie and heels, she spends time in a strict strappado position with her ballgag locked to a post in front of her.
