What is the set number on this one?

I also have a partial set#3


Any help you could be to fill in the missing Domai Sets in my collection would be greatly appreciated.

The one I posted is set #5.

Domai don't give date or cover either...sometime difficult to identify.

Do you want to post all other sets? I have not searched to see what is posted?
