Contrary to popular belief, big boobs do not always cause back pain. I know of several large-chested women who have no problem with their backs.
However folks, please realise that I'm not saying that big boobs never cause back pain - they can. And I have family members to prove it!
Posture has a lot to do with it, apparently. I know someone who ended up having her breasts removed but her back pain hasn't gone and in fact, has become worse.
