I'm still in the process of finding a new host for my site. Most hosts have file size limitations, 500 KB per image should be enough. Around 150 MB of HD space, though that wouldn't leave much room for expansion. Unlimited bandwidth, if possible. And it needs to be free. If anyone can give me any tips where to find a host like that, I'd greatly appreciate it.

you can try using google's picasa. https://picasa.google.com it's free and gives you 250MB of storage. I just checked their terms of use and couldn't find anything that said "no nudity" or "no adult images"
