Surprised to find the thumbs missing , but when I click the thumbs the picture opens , why is that ?

Does this happens to others ? Can any one explain this.

The thumbs seems to work just fine for me. Try a force refresh to clear cache: ctrl+f5.

I had a look at my advanced statistics and particularly the referrer links.
I noticed some referrals from sites other than VG.
Knowing that I post on VG only (with a couple of exceptions a year ago), I thought someone may have copied BBCode links of mine and used them.
Clicking on the referrer link I end up on another forum, looking at a model that I have never posted.

How's that possible?

Referrer headers are a browser thing and totally unreliable. They can be spoofed, altered, manipulated, removed and anonymized. At best they give an indication of what the referring website is.

Assuming none of that happens, imagine how people are browsing the Internet. They may have opened multiple tabs with pages from multiple forums. The user now clicks thumbnails in each opened tab opening the image host's page. Depending on the browser, the last opened tab stores the global referrer header. That's why you may see wrong referrer headers.

Now I find it working . Though I did cleared the cache (ctrl+f5) several times , it didn't worked.

I wonder what might be the issue.
