Thanks for your replies, but in my opinion, it might be an error on the IMX servers, since they were working fine before and now they're not. Proof of this is that those thumbnails received likes, as you can see... something changed in the IMX thumbnail links, as one user mentioned. That's why I wanted to know if this error on IMX's part will be corrected so I can edit the posts.

As far as I can tell, the links will NOT be corrected by IMX. It was an older format of thumbnails.. which they have now deprecated. I don't think they are bringing them back.

Here are 2 things you can do..

1. Upload a set right now with ConniesUploader & check if the thumbnails are working. If it's still not working, then something is wrong with the uploader software. You should report to Connie. And if it's working, then all fine on the uploader part.

2. As I mentioned earlier, you need to go to the IMX gallery & then copy the new BBcode from the manage gallery page & edit your post with the new bbcode.

3. If you didn't upload your pictures in a gallery, then you have to use the "find & replace" function of text editors like Wordpad or Notepad++.
Click edit on your post > copy the already posted bbcode text > paste it in the text editor > open the find & replace window >
for Find what: box, use https://i.imx.to/t/
for Replace with: box, https://image.imx.to/u/t/
hit replace all > copy the new text > paste it in the post > save.

4. If you're waiting for IMX to fix it without you doing anything, I don't think it's gonna happen.

Edit: If you're wondering about why there are likes on your post even though the thumbnails don't work.. it's probably because of the auto-like option of the VRipper. The thumbnails may not show, but it can still be downloaded with VRipper. That's what those people probably did & left a like.

It seems like IMX is running slowly; I've tried using a VPN, but it's still slow... though at times it runs really fast.

For the last several days I've had serious issues with BulkImageDownloader timing out on image downloads from IMX.to. Maybe 80% of the image downloads time out, each subsequent attempt I can download a few more. It seems like it might be specific to certain servers because it isn't every thread that seems affected.

Is IMX running slow lately?
Some sets load quickly (as they normally do), while others, too slow.

I can’t go into too much detail, but yes, the work is still ongoing. IMX is not running on just one server, there are several servers involved, and the current work may affect uploads from certain dates.

Sorry that this is taking so long, but we’re dealing with several hundred TB of data, not just a few TB, so naturally the whole process takes time.

The good news is that there are only around 90 TB left to transfer. After that, it should just be the final touches. We’re hoping this will result in a significant improvement in IMX’s overall performance and speed.

Thanks, yeah no problem, as the sets that were previously sluggish are fine now. However as I said, I'd noticed it was very specific to a certain time period (Jan 2025 - June 2026 just now are slower).

I noticed that too. If I look at the images, those who are served by i001.imx.to are limited to 100KB/s, while the i.imx.to (the one holding the recent images) and i004.imx.to (that one is for even older sets) or i01.imx.to is fast as before.
