I bet you do not see the irony of posting the efforts of photographers and models and not paying them what is due and then turning around and bitching about somebody making money off your "efforts". Just think that is extremely funny.
I do think that not being paid is bad, but the silence from the imgchili staff is adding insult to injury. A simple statement saying there is a delay or issue would be good customer service and the longer this goes on without payments or a statement makes it seem like this is a systemic failure of the Imgchili system.Originally Posted by Jalex

Nobody here has any right to be paid even a cent for uploading this content unless you paid for the rights to distribute the content, the production cost, the model, the photographer, the equipment, the server and everything else that is needed for running a website and creating content. I guess none of you here pay for those things and don't even realise how much it costs to create content.
You don't like the idea of someone making money on your "efforts" but all of you here are doing that on the backs of the models who run their own website and on all other content producers without caring about them.
Some of you seem to think that we models and producers should be thankful for the free "advertising" but there is nothing good about this kind of advertising at all because you just give away all for free and want to make money from it on top. We only lose money and members because why should they come to our sites and pay if they can get it all for free here????? That's not advertising what you do but theft!!!
Wait until your boss or clients tell you they will make a lot of good and free advertising for you but then they will not pay you for your work. Because of the advertising you will get a lot of new customers and fans of your work so you have to understand they will not pay you anymore and probably the good advertising will get you a better paid job in the future. Then you find another job with a new boss or new clients and of course they will tell that they will not pay you but compensate you for your work with free advertising and you should be thankful for that....
How long you think it will take before you have enough of it, are frustrated, demotivated and depressed from it??
If you like and appreciate the work from models and producers, then pay for it instead of stealing their income!!!!!!! You all see the smiles and pretty faces but none of you see the depressions behind it because they are tired of being disrespected and being ripped of on a daily basis by people who steal their income by sharing all for free
Have you ever thought about it that they might be in a legal battle and are not allowed to talk about it,most hosts have legal battles one way or the other and they don't alk about it as well...

They've been in a legal battle for at least a couple of years, but always managed to keep affiliates somewhat informed in the past via wjunction, etc...

Sure enough, waiting since Jan 17. Cashed out for a quick fiver and nothing happening. So here's a theory:
probably most here are familiar with the forum Porn-W. Those guys used to promote imgchili a lot, with a promotional bot which appeared after every post. Recently they changed their format slightly and stopped doing that. The thinking is that imgchili took a hit.
It sucks becaust they were reliable for a good while - many hosts have come and gone in the lifespan of imgchili...just sayin'
