Leona looks fit and healthy, a bit muscular with low body fat. Skinny sure, but not anorexic. She would have to drop 2-4 kg before she's in the unhealthy territory. And dropping 2-4 kg at her size is a lot. If anything I'm jealous at how well she maintains her weight and shape.
