I don't quite understand what you're trying to "reinvent."
For new hosts, you only need to be able to read and write scripts - everything you need is fully documented.
Just read this and add your requirements to your hosts file (hostf.xml):

And if you really want to write this add-on for Firefox, then you absolutely have to sign it for Firefox = rewrite everything from scratch. And that's precisely why the IHG development failed/came to a standstill. The original author sought support, but no one was willing to help.

Is anyone having a problem downloading images using TIH now ? I am using palemoon and would open would click on the image in the post and then copy and paste the link in a new window so TIH cuuld perform the security check which would work fine but now it is saying browser not supported using when using palemoon.
I am using the latest PaleMoon and IHG. I just did the TIH verification. It was painfully slow but it did finally come back and let me in without issue. The actual download of the pics was quite fast.

Yep making sure your browser is up to date is important - in PM go to tools / preferences / advanced / update and select either of the first too radio buttons, then OK it - IMO it is safe to let PM auto update for you.
Clearing the TIH cookies may also be worth trying too.

I did have the latest version but was still having the issue but seems to have resolved itself now and is working but thanks for the advice!

Ah cool - clearing a site's cookies is one of the standard things I try when things are going a bit cranky. It can solve all sorts of minor rendering issues.

I updated PM to version 34.2.2.
I also cleared cookies specifically for the "turboimagehost" website.
But I still get: Request aborted! HTTP status code: 403
But I must say that this is the 32-bit version of PM. The 64-bit version doesn't work on my Windows.
You also can't download from "turboimagehost" or using Bulk Image DownLoader. This program also doesn't download from TIH. What's the matter?

First, copy any turboimagehost link; preferably a link that you haven't opened before.
Open a new tab.
Paste the link in the address bar.
Hit enter.
The ddos verification page will come up.
Complete the verification.
Now, start the download.
^ If you miss any of the above steps or do it incorrectly, it probably won't download.

Links from TIH open in the browser without any checks. However, no program or plugin can download them.
I tried downloading from TIH using JDownLoader.
It says: Blocked by Cloudflare Site Protection.
Although the images open in the browser without any blocking. What should I do in this case?
Report your observations & comments in HERE as it would appear to be an issue with TIH, and not downloader app specific.

I just tried downloading from TIH & it worked fine. Did you follow my instructions properly? Did you COPY & PASTE a link into a new tab & start the verification process? or did you simply click the image on the vipergirls thread? I specifically said to COPY & PASTE the link.
