I'll never understand why actors feel the need to leave hit TV shows right as they begin, especially when they don't exactly have a movie career lined up (David Caruso and NYPD Blue, Sasha Alexander and NCIS, Lola and Criminal Minds).

I don't understand why she would rather stay in a mediocre show like Criminal Minds but yeah, at least she got paid -- and we don't know, perhaps producers just didn't like her, or whatever!
