Do you have IHG 1.704c? I could imagine that IHG does not work correctly with Tor Browser in every case, since it stopped working with Firefox about 2 years ago and TB is based on Firefox. Most people use Palemoon Browser! Give it a try if you can do without the extra amount of privacy

Thanks for uploading the hosts file -- still not working for me so I presume it is indeed a Tor issue. It might be that imgspice is blocking a Tor request that IHG needs to have fulfilled. I'll try to investigate a bit further, at least I now know I wasn't just making a mistake when editing!

Yeah Palemoon is great. Sadly, although nobody cares about the kind of stuff I download, certain other parts of this site could land someone in very hot water in my country. So I have to use Tor religiously to stop the DNS lookups being visible to the ISP.
If I get to the bottom of it I'll update here in case it helps anyone else.

Well, I learned something today -- when a gallery is queued up in IHG, the function defined in the hosts file is saved as part of it. So if the hosts file changes, it makes no difference to anything you already have in your download window! A weird choice but I imagine there was a reason for it.
Anyway, I'm 99% sure this will work fine once my queue is clear and I can re-queue the imgspice ones that are failing.

I recently changed computers and reinstalled windows (7 64bit ultimate).
IHG is working fine except that it doesnt load saved session form cache. It saves session okay, the save session file is created but when trying to load a session it does nothing. I have tried reinstalling the browser and IHG after removing completely but the issue is still there.
This feature worked fine for me on my previous setup which was also the same windows.
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated, as I tend to queue up large amounts of downloads and let them continue and the save feature really comes in handy if something unexpected happens, i can resume without having to verify each gallery individually and setting it to download again.

I am not sure, as I stated before this is a clean windows installation and I haven't messed around any settings.
Also I am not sure what you are referring to ? Can you guide me a bit more, do you mean the download directory? I am using the one that I have always used and which worked flawlessly before.

Ok for the sake of IHG I made a new account at outlook, it isnt even accepting that, says invalid email domain, how the hell is someone even supposed to register there ? if someone from IHG is here ffs make it a little easier to register there.
if you start the donwload of the pixs (in the IHG) the IHG generates the download directories. If you cancel the download and save for later download - these directories must not be moved or renamed. Then and only then will saved sessions resume, otherwise the download will be aborted - just like you.
the solution to your problem:
1. Open the IHG downlod-window
2. open the saved session
3. Right-click on the link
4. "show .. details" (STRL + V)
5. "Destination Folder"
6. this folder (with the path) must be present on your computer - otherwise no download possible
replay this for every gallery from saved session - or search / open this galery ( 5. "Source URL" and not "Destination Folder" ) and start download again
Thank you for explaining, yes you are right, but that is a stage which comes later, when i load a saved session, the download window remains empty, not a single link is added. So to clarify IHG is not doing step 2 of your guide, and this here is the issue.
For example here is a saved session, I loaded the file and the download window remained empty
Also here is the saved session cache named "dlwin_cache_3" , if someone could kindly check if it loads up on their IHG, because on my end nothing happens when I try to load it, it will also show if my IHG is not saving cache correctly hence no loading on my end or if it is failing to load saved caches which I suspect is the case, thanks !
