Thanks SD, that got it sorted.

If you are experiencing any problems with IHG - a last course of action is to completely remove it thus:


(1.) Select Tools --> Add-ons and locate ImageHost Grabber's listing.

(2.) Click "Remove" and follow the prompts including restarting your browser.

(3.) After restart, type: about:config
into your address bar (you may get a warning).

(4.) Then type "imagegrabber" in the search bar.

(5.) Right click and select "reset" on each imagegrabber entry.

(6.) Restart your browser again.

(7.) To confirm complete removal, follow steps #3-4 again and if you see no entries then IHG is completely gone.

Then reinstall IHG with the latest version from here:

DO NOT install older versions.

Not that I want to make mischief but:

Andrea is giving a correct link that gives you a chance to check what you intend to download.

Kathy Wilson is also giving a correct direct download link to the IHG installation add-on: imagegrabber-1.7.0.4a.xpi, the one you will have to install manually by clicking on the top right little gear icon from page about:addons.
