The naughty parts were airbrushed out in all the published photos, although there were some unedited photos circulating on some of the Thai language forums. Really not all that much to get excited about. The reason her top fell down was that she doesn't have all that big of a bust. She has a nice firm shape, for sure. But a strapless gown isn't going to stay up on her unless she gets some plastic (silicone) implanted in her chest - and then I wouldn't much like it, preferring instead all natural breasts.
