just noticed she is also called 'Nevaeh' at DDgirls- and there are several threads on RIP already :{

also, the Nevaeh search aslo brings up 'Rachel FTV' but it's spelled RACHAEL FTV'. i did check before i posted - and nothing - but i didn't know about the Nevaeh name then.
