Our resident Go17 expert, Gonso, kindly provided the following explanation (with some minor editing by me for clarity) which also provides some important Go17 historical context:
Go17 was launched on april 2001 the 29th. It was updated 10 times: on may (7, 21, 24 & 28) and june (4, 6, 15, 18, 23 & 24). At some point between mid-october and mid-december, the site was reorganized and some sets disappeared. Between that date and the beginning of february 2002, the site was reorganized again and took the definitive form it has for many years.
On October, the 16th, there was a set named "Julia in candle lights" dated 2001-05-21 and other named "Julia Candle" dated 2001-06-04.
On December 2001, the set "Julia Candle" disappeared and "Julia in candle lights" remained without a date.
On February 2002, the site was reorganized again and everything disapeared before 2001-06-30. Some sets disappeared forever, others were split in parts. That was the case of "Julia & Her Candle":
- 2001-09-24: Julia & Her Candle Part 1 of 4 (x36) [go17_00007397*go17_00007432]
- 2001-10-02: Julia & Her Candle Part 2 of 4 (x36) [go17_00007433*go17_00007468]
- 2001-10-14: Julia & Her Candle Part 3 of 4 (x36) [go17_00007469*go17_00007504]
- 2001-10-23: Julia & Her Candle Part 4 of 4 (x19) [go17_00007505*go17_00007523]
So, IMHO, there's a set of 127 pictures, that 99,99% sure, which comes from the four parts released after the beginning of 2002, and very few people know (not me) if the set "2001-05-21 Julia in candle light" and set "2001-06-04 Julia Candle", are the same set, or two parts of the one we know nowadays?...
