Animating with Daz 3d for example, the prompt transforms the animation into a new image. Although I think they use pieces of porn an movies videos.
Which I think is the easiest. A gif is not many images, it is easier than it seems. AnimateDiff ControlNet Tutorial or Image2Video for Stable Difusion.
