In my humble opinion, fake nudes of celebrities may be tolerated as long as they remain tasteful. There was a fake of Victoria Justice urinating, which as far as I am concerned was just disgusting, and suggested to me that something must not have been "right" with whoever did it. I made one comment about it, as I recall. Now this. Fake pictures of celebrities being subject to torture and sexual assault is simply not a good thing. In fact, to be completely forthcoming, I am glad not to know who is responsible, because if I knew, I would honestly be inclined to alert the authorities. This crosses the line. There just isn't any way that anyone not suffering from a serious problem of some sort would do something like this. Fantasies of torture and rape are a serious issue regardless of whether the fantasy involves a celebrity. This completely crosses the line.
