As a rule of thumb, never link to a file host' or image host's physical file location. Link to the pages instead and/or save the thumbnail or file code.

After doing a bit of research, it appears x001 changed to i001 and 2019 images are on i002:

Ideally the image host would've redirected the old style links to the new style links. I suggest you contact them

I have a lot of links from imx.to that are unreachable.

"We have added redirects. Old style links and embedded images will now redirect to new location automatically. We tested on your example links."

ViperRipper doesn't seem to be working with imx.to galleries at the moment

I've noticed this over the last year or so; the variable download speeds on jpgs from imx, and by that I mean opening a jpg "in browser" NOT downloading a set via ripper.

For example an image from a new ATK, or from one of the archival Nubiles.net sets, appear in seconds after clicking the red "continue to image" button, whereas FTV and some AllOver30 sets are often like being on 56k dial up again. And there really isn't much difference in image pixel sizes either between the different sites, just very obvious differing speeds yet all on the same file hoster.

Sadly we cannot guarantee the Viper Ripper will continue to work well. We no longer maintain it.

All new content appears to be placed on i.imx.to while content older than a month seems to be moved to their archive servers i001/i002. It may explain why new content is always crazy fast to load unlike hosts like pixhost where all content seems to be distributed evenly to all file-servers giving a slower overall speed.

I guess it is a question of: do you want new uploads to be loaded fast and older uploads slow or do you want everything to load slower than fast but faster than slow .

This is the reason https://vipergirls.to/forums/268-Scene-Photos uses IMX. New stuff ought to be fast.

Are there issues with IMX.to today? So many regular users collections are showing dead links.

Notably it seems to be Spring 2019 - Feb 29th 2020 sets. All earlier sets (2018 back) by the same group of regulars are still intact.

I tried some links until I found one in your posted time frame and it says this on those images: https://imx.to/i/2811lu "Apr. 3, 2020 - Images uploaded from 01/2019 to 02/2020 are temporarily unavaible due to server maintenance ~48 hours".

All images before 02/2020 are unavailable, it displays two different messages, for images 01/2019 to 02/2020 it displays the message for this time period and for images before 01/2019 it displays another message, both messages have different ETAs for resolution.
