The reason Katfile is currently still banned on here is NOT because of ads.

They were initially banned for displaying a fairly obnoxious forced notification message window over their site which represented a kind of security risk to users; it was then quickly pointed out they were also breaking one of the rules in VG's Acceptable Use policy with the number of steps/clicks required to actually download anything from their site. The limit is a maximum of 2 clicks to save an image/file from a host, whereas it currently takes a (free) user at least 6 clicks plus answering a text captcha across 3 separate steps in katfiles download process to save anything from their site.

Katfile has since removed the offending message window from their site which was good of them, but they still don't appear to have resolved the other issue, thus they're still banned.

What's daft is that to fix this mess is a pretty simple operation that they absolutely could have done already if they hadn't wasted time attacking the messenger; put simply katfile needs to make each button in their download process require only a single click, they could then remove the entire third step from their download process while also making the button that submits the text captcha at step 2 also open the Save File window, this would immediately bring their site back in line with VG's Acceptable Use policy at which point I'm sure V would be more than happy to immediately unban them from here.

It's pretty simple really, any filehosts out there on the internet who are NOT on the banned list, but who do meet the fairly simple requirements set out in VG's Acceptable Use policy, are authorized for use here on this forum.

It really doesn't need a list of authorised filehosts to be posted, after all we're all smart people on here, I'm sure we can all figure it out if we think about it for a moment.

Besides, adding a second list of filehosts to the first post of this thread could actually cause more confusion than it resolves for some folks, not only because it'd be quite a long list, but it could get confused for the banned list, and the chances are high that an authorised list wouldn't ever be complete and accurate because filehosts come and go all the time.

I don't know how someone who doesn't know about hosting and doesn't know the affiliate system well can comment and become an administrator or moderator!
K2S service is only PPS and should never have ads!
But our service PPD has ads and PPS doesn't have ads like everywhere else, it's very simple.

Vipergirls is online more than a decade and had suffered enough from "bad" image/file host practices back in the day. So we prefer being safe than sorry and act meticulous when it comes to hosting.
