Unexpected response code: 403

You have temporarily been blocked, you need to set the maximum connection count to 2, then wait a while (could be an hour, could be a day). See the VRipper support thread.

You can run ab on linux nodes and try it like:

ab -c 10 -n 200 https://imx.to/i/40s24t

Where c is concurrency and n is number of requests. It got blocked. Lowering it 150, it got blocked. Lowering it to 100 and it finished successfully. We can thus deduce you can make around 10 requests/sec to imx.to which seems decent. Cloudflare counts per 10 seconds so that'd be 100 requests per 10 seconds before you get rate limited. That's plenty. ViperGirls permits 250/10s before it blocks ripping tools.

Don't try this using your own IP or you risk getting blocked by the website. Don't try it on too many websites either or Cloudflare may block you from all Cloudflare enabled websites.

Nobody can't from couple of hours ago. If the set you want to D/L have a downlink you're in luck, if don't......
IMX most likely it's doing maintenance and is limiting their broadband, so to speak, so until then you can't D/L any image hosted by them
Tried to D/L something using IHG on Palemoon but after couple of images IMX just shut my D/L down

So far the IHG & Palemoon combo seems to be working for me, fast too I might add, while VRipper 3.5.4 is not downloading IMX.


EDIT: Nevermind. Got this message after downloading a bunch of galleries from posts hosted by imx, So it stopped working for me too.

I did a test and can verify that cloudflare is locking security down. Probably due to an attack or what cloudflare considered an attack.
Be patient it will be temporary.

Also VipperUploader was not working for me at this time.

It's also worth pointing out that in the case of an attack being identified, if it is localised Cloudflare will initiate limiting in that zone. So if IMX is causing you problems but other people say it's fine, you are probably unlucky by location.

posting just to vent frustration lol. nearly every gallery i want is on imx these days!

Just a reminder that there are several decent alternatives to IMX, including Pixhost and Vipr.im (both of which I've used with very few problems).
